Incident Report for Tern Travel

Update

We are still in the process of validating every report, but as of 8:30 pm ET on Friday, April 3, reporting data is up-to-date and is being refreshed on an hourly cadence. The "last updated at" timing in the Tern application's reporting screens will accurately represent the timing of the last reporting data sync.

We will continue to monitor reports throughout the weekend.

Investigating

Tern is aware of an issue where bookings, sales, or commission data may not be showing up in your reports or your Tern dashboard display due to a recent data sync failure. We have been actively working on a fix and expect the issue to be repaired soon. No data in the Tern platform has been deleted or lost, and everything is visible in the rest of the app. This is a display issue on the dashboard and reports only.
